Health Guarantee

Return Policy
Return Conditions
Right of First Refusal
If you can no longer care for your British Shorthair for any reason, we ask that you contact us first. We will help find a suitable new home or take the cat back if necessary.
Health-Related Returns
Cats returned due to serious genetic health issues covered under our guarantee will receive full refund or replacement kitten.
Lifestyle Changes
We understand that circumstances change. We'll work with you to find the best solution for both you and the cat.
